Accessibility statement

Thoughtful access for every visitor.

Naples Lifestyle Management is committed to making its website usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including visitors who use assistive technologies, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice input or alternative ways of accessing content.

WCAG 2.2 Level AA target The website is designed and maintained with this recognized accessibility standard as its objective.
Accessibility is ongoing Content, forms and functionality are reviewed as the website and its services develop.
Assistance is available Visitors may request help, an alternative format or another reasonable way to access information.

Our commitment

Accessibility is part of considerate service.

We want visitors to be able to understand the company, explore its services and request a private consultation without unnecessary digital barriers.

Accessibility is not treated as a one-time technical exercise. It is considered when content is written, pages are designed, forms are developed and functionality is updated.

What this means in practice

  • Pages use meaningful headings and structured content.
  • Important controls are intended to work with keyboard navigation.
  • Text and interactive elements are designed with readable contrast.
  • Images used for meaning include text alternatives.
  • Forms use visible labels, instructions and validation feedback.
  • Visitors can request help or an alternative way to receive information.
01

Commitment and scope

Naples Lifestyle Management, referred to as “NLM,” “we,” “us” or “our,” is committed to improving digital accessibility for people with disabilities and providing an inclusive experience for all website visitors.

This statement applies to the public website, including the Home, Services, How We Work, About Us, Contact, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and Accessibility Statement pages, together with the consultation form and related website functionality maintained by NLM.

It does not automatically cover third-party websites, applications or documents that may be linked to or used alongside our services. Those providers are responsible for the accessibility of their own products and content.

02

Accessibility standard and current position

Our objective is for the website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG is an internationally recognized standard developed by the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Accessibility Initiative.

WCAG is organized around four broad principles: content should be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. These principles guide the way the website is designed, developed and reviewed.

This statement expresses our accessibility target and ongoing commitment. It is not a claim that every page, third-party component or possible use case has been independently certified as fully conformant.

Our target: WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We continue to review the website and address barriers that are identified through testing or visitor feedback.
03

Measures taken to support accessibility

The website has been designed with a range of accessibility considerations. These include:

Structure and navigation

Semantic page regions, descriptive page titles, meaningful headings, breadcrumbs and logical internal links support orientation and navigation.

Keyboard access

Links, buttons, forms, menus, FAQs and consultation controls are intended to be usable without a mouse.

Visible focus

Interactive controls are designed to show a visible focus state when reached by keyboard.

Text alternatives

Informative images are provided with alternative text, while decorative images are hidden from assistive technology where appropriate.

Colour and readability

Text, controls and backgrounds are designed for readable contrast, and colour is not intended to be the only way important information is conveyed.

Responsive presentation

Layouts adapt across desktop, tablet and mobile screens without requiring a separate mobile website.

Forms and feedback

Forms use visible labels, required-field indicators, understandable instructions, validation messages and submission confirmation.

Motion preferences

Where animation or movement is used, reduced-motion preferences are respected where technically supported.

We also aim to use plain, direct language, avoid unnecessary time limits, preserve functionality when text is enlarged and ensure that important information is not presented only as an image.

04

Using this website

Visitors should be able to browse the main content using a keyboard, screen reader, screen magnifier, browser zoom and common voice-input tools.

Keyboard navigation

  • Use the Tab key to move forward through interactive controls.
  • Use Shift and Tab together to move backward.
  • Use Enter to follow a focused link or activate many buttons.
  • Use Space to activate supported buttons, checkboxes and disclosure controls.
  • Use Escape to close supported modal or menu interfaces.

Text size and zoom

Modern browsers allow text and page content to be enlarged. The responsive design is intended to remain usable when zoomed, although extremely high magnification may require horizontal or vertical movement depending on the device and browser.

Screen-reader navigation

Pages use headings, landmarks, lists, labels and link text intended to provide meaningful navigation. A skip link is included on this page to move directly to the main statement.

05

Forms, private enquiries and communication

The Contact page and consultation form are designed to provide clear labels, instructions, required-field indicators and validation feedback. A successful submission displays confirmation without requiring the visitor to navigate to another page.

If a form is difficult to use, you may contact NLM by email or request another reasonable communication method. You do not need to disclose a disability unless that information is relevant to the assistance or accommodation requested.

Please do not include passwords, account numbers, identity documents, medical records or other highly sensitive information in an accessibility enquiry.

06

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

The website is intended to work with current versions of commonly used browsers, operating systems and assistive technologies. Accessibility can be affected by the combination of browser, device, operating system, assistive technology and individual settings.

For the best experience, we recommend using an up-to-date browser and operating system. Very old browsers, unsupported software or heavily modified settings may not interpret modern accessibility features consistently.

We do not require one particular browser or assistive technology and will consider feedback about a specific combination that causes difficulty.

07

Known limitations and areas for continuing review

At the time this statement was prepared, no specific unresolved barrier is listed as a known site-wide limitation. This does not mean that every possible accessibility issue has been identified or that all visitor experiences will be identical.

Areas requiring continuing attention include:

  • Changes introduced by WordPress, the active theme, plugins, hosting or browser updates.
  • New forms, menus, modal windows, embedded tools or interactive components.
  • Alternative text and descriptive context for newly added images.
  • Heading structure, link wording and reading order as content develops.
  • Colour contrast, focus visibility and behaviour at high zoom levels.
  • Documents or content supplied by third parties.

When a barrier is reported or found, we will assess its impact and seek a reasonable correction or alternative method of access.

08

Third-party content and services

The website may link to or later incorporate third-party services such as maps, scheduling tools, analytics, social platforms, document viewers or payment systems. NLM does not control the underlying code or accessibility practices of an independent provider.

We aim to select suitable providers and avoid unnecessary barriers, but cannot guarantee that every external website or embedded service meets the same accessibility target.

If a third-party service prevents access to information or a task connected with NLM, contact us. We will consider an alternative route where reasonably possible.

09

Assessment and ongoing review

Accessibility review is an ongoing process rather than a single pass or automated score. Our approach may include:

  • Manual keyboard-only navigation checks.
  • Review of heading order, landmarks, labels and link purpose.
  • Colour-contrast and zoom checks.
  • Automated accessibility testing as a supporting tool.
  • Responsive testing across representative screen sizes.
  • Review of forms, validation, success messages and modal behaviour.
  • Feedback from visitors using assistive technology.

Automated testing can identify some technical issues but cannot confirm the full quality or usability of an experience. Manual review and real-world feedback remain important.

10

Requesting assistance or an alternative format

If you cannot access information, complete a form or use a feature, contact NLM and describe:

  • The page, content or task you were trying to use.
  • The difficulty you encountered.
  • Your browser, device or assistive technology, where you are comfortable sharing it.
  • The format or communication method that would help.

Depending on the request, an alternative may include providing information by email, explaining it by telephone, supplying a simplified text version or helping complete an enquiry through another reasonable method.

We will consider accessibility requests promptly and respond as soon as reasonably practicable. Timing may depend on the nature and complexity of the request.

11

Accessibility feedback and reporting a problem

We welcome feedback about accessibility barriers, confusing content or a feature that does not work with your technology. Reports help us identify practical issues that may not appear during routine testing.

Use the protected email link below or the Contact page. Please include “Accessibility” in the subject line and provide the page address or feature involved.

12

Changes to this statement

This statement may be updated when the website, services, accessibility target, testing approach or known limitations change. The current version will remain available on this page with an updated date.

Related information about the handling of personal information and website use is available in the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Accessibility principles

Perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.

01

Information should be perceivable

Meaningful content should not depend solely on sight, colour, sound or one particular presentation.

02

Controls should be operable

Visitors should be able to navigate and complete important tasks using suitable input methods.

03

Experiences should be understandable

Language, structure, instructions and responses should be clear and reasonably predictable.
